Effective: Jan 2026
1. Service. LogoForge / MaxxForge (the "Service") provides AI-assisted logo, marketing-kit and photo-editing tools. The Service integrates third-party AI providers including Google Gemini and Replicate.
2. Account & Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account and any usage under it.
3. Acceptable Use. You agree NOT to use the Service to (a) create content depicting real, identifiable people in intimate, nude, sexually explicit, defamatory or degrading contexts without their explicit prior written consent; (b) generate imagery of minors; (c) impersonate or harass any person; (d) infringe intellectual-property rights of any third party; (e) generate content that violates any applicable law or the acceptable-use policy of any underlying AI provider (Google, Replicate, etc.).
4. User Content & Ownership. You retain ownership of photos you upload and of the AI-generated outputs. By uploading, you grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the content solely to deliver the requested output. IDM-VTON outputs are subject to the model's CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence (non-commercial only).
5. Payment. Third-party model usage (Replicate) is billed directly to your third-party account via your own API key. LogoForge does not resell those credits.
6. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "AS IS". AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogoForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold LogoForge harmless from any claim arising from (a) your uploaded content, (b) your use of AI outputs, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is domiciled, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles.
11. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Data We Collect. (a) Photos you upload and prompts you enter; (b) generated outputs; (c) minimal analytics events (event type, timestamp, style/pillar keys) stored in our MongoDB for product improvement. We do NOT collect payment information — Replicate handles that directly.
2. How We Use It. To deliver the requested AI generation, to store your saved logos and photo events, to debug and improve the Service, to comply with legal obligations. We do NOT sell your data.
3. Third-Party Processing. Your uploaded images and prompts are transmitted to Google Gemini and/or Replicate to produce the output. Their privacy policies apply during that processing.
4. Retention. Uploaded photos are held only for the duration of the generation and any chained edits; results and analytics events are retained until you request deletion.
5. Your Rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA or similar laws — including access, correction and deletion. Email the operator to exercise these rights.
6. Security. We use industry-standard TLS, environment-isolated API keys and role-based database access. No system is perfectly secure; use at your own risk.
7. Minors. The Service is not directed to children under 18. Do NOT upload photos of minors.
8. Contact. For privacy or legal inquiries, contact the operator via the address listed on your deployment.
Absolutely prohibited: non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes) of any real person; sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18; hate speech; incitement to violence; content that infringes copyrights or trademarks you do not own or licence.
Model releases: if the person in the photo is not you, obtain a signed Model Release Form (template available inside the Try-On Studio) before generating. Keep the release on file — you may be required to produce it.
Enforcement. We may remove content and suspend accounts that appear to violate this policy. Serious violations (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats) will be reported to law enforcement and to Google/Replicate's trust-and-safety teams.
If you believe content generated or hosted by the Service infringes your copyright, or depicts you or someone under your care without consent, send a takedown notice to the operator's designated address. Include: identification of the work, the infringing URL, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and your electronic signature. We will act promptly on valid notices.
