· SUBJECT photo: must show a FULL-BODY or at-least head-to-thigh shot with the person FACING the camera. Close-up face-only shots WILL FAIL with "list index out of range".

· GARMENT photo: use a CLEAN photo of the outfit ONLY. AVOID screenshots that also contain shopping-page UI, price tags, side-panel product thumbnails or multiple outfits — IDM-VTON will fuse them together into a weird garment. Crop the garment first if needed.

· LAYERED outfits (coat over shirt, blazer over t-shirt): leave the description blank — the app will auto-caption the garment with Gemini so the layers survive. Or describe it yourself (e.g. "beige trench coat over black v-neck shirt").

· Background/scene does NOT transfer — only the CLOTHING transfers. Use the "Change Scene" button in Step 3 to move the try-on into a new location afterwards.
